Do you accept returns?

I accept returns for shop orders within 14 days of delivery. I will refund up to 70% of your order subtotal, which does not include shipping, when I receive the returned item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

I do not accept returns for commissions or custom orders. 

Payments

Do you charge sales tax?

No, sales tax is included in the listed item price. I calculate how much I need to pay each state (and country) in taxes at the end of the calendar year. January is lots of fun.....

Are shipping fees extra?

Shipping is included in the price for domestic (U.S.) orders. International orders include an extra shipping fee. The international shipping cost is displayed in each item listing.

What's your privacy policy?

Your privacy matters to me. My shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo. I do not have access to your credit card information. 

Shipping

Is tracking available?

Yes! I send all of my customers tracking numbers as soon as I ship their order. I also include insurance on order over $25 in case the carrier loses your order.

When are orders shipped?

I ship orders out 1-2 days after I finish making the items. For dolls and stuffed animals, the shipping date is 2-3 weeks after I start making your item. For blankets, the shipping date is 4-6 weeks after I start making your item.

When you place an order, you will receive an email within 24 hours telling you the order's position in my queue, an approximate start date, and an approximate shipping date.

I'm worried that my order may not arrive in time for a birthday/Christmas/etc.

Contact me ASAP by email! Many of my orders are flexible with their delivery dates. I may be able to move your order up in my schedule to get it done by your deadline. That being said, do not expect me to get a doll with removable clothes done in 2 days. Dolls and stuffed animals still take two to three weeks to create.
